Derek Sola

Derek Sola graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from University of Illinois in 1994. He received his Master of Architecture from Southern California Institute of Architecture in 1998. He worked for Gruen Associates as an intern architect in 1997 and joined Gehry Partners, LLP as associate / job captain in 1998. He is responsible for, in particular, programming, design development, two-dimensional documentation, three-dimensional computer modeling and animation / compositing. He was a lecturer at University of California, Berkeley in 2004 and at Cornell University in 2006.
