These services cover a wide range of related activities, including urban planning, preparing of master plans, architectural design and construction management. The company also provides counseling on project feasibility and viability, and on prospects for project development and management. These services enable Architects 49 to work with clients from the beginning of a project until its successful completion. Since the founding of the company, teamwork has been a watchword. Architects 49 implemented a 'studio approach' in 1991 to enhance the emphasis on the team.
