The collection of Fumihiko Maki's projects in abroad for past 10 years.

As the globalization progresses, opportunities for architects are liquidated and transcends national boundaries. Currently the half of projects by Maki and Associates are outside Japan. In a such situation, Fumihiko Maki pursues "universality" as a value which only attributed to architecture, and continues his experimentations to realize the quality of architecture in different cultures and conditions, with deepened mutual understandings.

16 Works collected in this book include built projects, projects close to completion, and competition entries in North America, Asia and Europe, and all of them are presented with photographs, CG, drawings and texts.
Fumihiko Maki is globally in progress. This book exhibits the present of Maki and Associates.
